When is it appropriate for workers to have tattoos and body piercings visible at work and when is it not? Are you the type of person with no piercings or tattoos and judge others if they do? Or are you the type of person who likes to know what is on the inside rather than assuming how they are by their looks? Managers judge their staff by their outer appearance, and devalue their skill sets, assuming they are unapproachable, and critic the atmosphere. Most people who get tattoos or piercings have a story to tell behind the art.
